This page explains how delivery, returns and refunds work for orders placed on coffeemoko.ge. It applies to purchases made by consumers in Georgia.
Delivery
- Tbilisi: delivery costs ₾7 and is free for orders of ₾50 or more. Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are usually delivered the same or the next working day.
- Other regions of Georgia: delivery by courier costs ₾5 and takes 2 to 4 working days.
- Coffee machines and grinders: delivery in Tbilisi includes installation and a short introduction on request.
Returns
You may return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as provided by the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection. The product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging and in resalable condition.
- Coffee: for hygiene and freshness reasons, coffee beans and ground coffee can only be returned if the bag is unopened.
- Machines, grinders and accessories: returnable within 14 days if unused and complete, with all parts, manuals and packaging.
- Damaged or wrong items: if a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery costs.
How to return
- Write to us on WhatsApp at +995 510 000 210 or email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We confirm the return and agree a courier pickup in Tbilisi or give you the address to send the product to.
- Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product was damaged, defective or sent in error, in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Once the returned product reaches us and is checked, we issue the refund within 14 days to the payment method used for the order. Bank processing may take a few additional working days.
Warranty on equipment
Espresso machines and grinders come with the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty service is handled by Coffee Moko in Tbilisi. Keep your invoice as proof of purchase.
