RISK OF LOSS
All purchases of physical items from COFFEEMOKO.ge are made pursuant to a shipment contract with the delivery service provider. This means that in case of loss of the item, obligation levies on the carrier company if the item was lost after COFFEEMOKO.ge handed over items for delivery to the carrier company’s representative.
RETURNS and REFUNDS
COFFEEMOKO.ge does not take any action on return claim until returned items arrives at our fulfillment center. At our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return. COFFEEMOKO.ge maintains right to refuse return and return if the product sold was not damaged or as described on the website at the moment of selling or delivering the item.
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS
COFFEEMOKO.ge attempts to be as accurate as possible. However, COFFEEMOKO.ge does not warrant that product descriptions or other content of any COFFEEMOKO.ge is complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product offered by COFFEEMOKO.ge itself is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition.
DISPUTES
Any dispute that would not be able to resolve with communications between the buyer and COFFEEMOKO.ge, should be resolved via mediation or in Georgian courts in Tbilisi.

By using any COFFEEMOKO.ge services, you agree to the Georgian applicable laws that will govern these Terms and Conditions. Any dispute connected to this Terms and Conditions shall be reviewed by the Tbilisi City Court.
