It applies to purchases made by consumers in Georgia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Delivery<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tbilisi:<\/strong> delivery costs \u20be7 and is free for orders of \u20be50 or more. Orders placed before 15:00 on a working day are usually delivered the same or the next working day.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Other regions of Georgia:<\/strong> delivery by courier costs \u20be5 and takes 2 to 4 working days.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Coffee machines and grinders:<\/strong> delivery in Tbilisi includes installation and a short introduction on request.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Returns<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You may return a product within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason, as provided by the Law of Georgia on Consumer Rights Protection. The product must be unused, in its original sealed packaging and in resalable condition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coffee:<\/strong> for hygiene and freshness reasons, coffee beans and ground coffee can only be returned if the bag is unopened.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Machines, grinders and accessories:<\/strong> returnable within 14 days if unused and complete, with all parts, manuals and packaging.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Damaged or wrong items:<\/strong> if a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will replace it or refund you in full, including delivery costs.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to return<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Write to us on WhatsApp at <a href=\"https:\/\/wa.me\/995510000210\">+995 510 000 210<\/a> or email <a href=\"mailto:sales@coffeemoko.ge\">sales@coffeemoko.ge<\/a> with your order number and the reason for the return.<\/li>\n<li>We confirm the return and agree a courier pickup in Tbilisi or give you the address to send the product to.<\/li>\n<li>Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the product was damaged, defective or sent in error, in which case we cover it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Refunds<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once the returned product reaches us and is checked, we issue the refund within 14 days to the payment method used for the order. Bank processing may take a few additional working days.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Warranty on equipment<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Espresso machines and grinders come with the manufacturer&#8217;s warranty. Warranty service is handled by Coffee Moko in Tbilisi.
